RETURN POLICY / Exchange
- Any queries for deliveries should be send to the support team (email@example.com)/ WhatsApp number +81999-51914.
- Products return is allowed within 7 days of its receipt by Customer, But Only In case of wrong products & wrong sizes.
- Payment refunds will be applicable only in case wrong products are delivered.
- if Customer Doesn’t Like the item bought. We Request them to Send Unused, Well packed product within 36hrs of Receipt As courier Prepaid ( Courier Charged Paid By the Customer) and send us WhatsApp (8199951914). We Shall check product condition upon receipt and refund for Products received in good condition. ( Intimation by WhatsApp is most important to track the courier in Warehouse)
- Saral will not charge for Exchange if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer. ( Since most of our items are Handmade the Global Acceptance Standard for Size/colour Variations i.e. maximum 2% ( +/-) be considered normal by the customer)
- We request customer to send the photos of the invoice & product to further the process in case one receives the damaged products.
Note:- Carpets (Including BUY ONE GET ONE CATEGORY ) are non-returnable. If any customer need live picture of product kindly contact us on our WhatsApp number +81999-51914.
- You can Email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with Customer Support by email.
- All products sold on SARAL HOME are 100% genuine. We understand how much you value your every purchase. We are committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one.
- An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of Online Payment. Should you want to cancel the order please email us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at 8199951914.
- We try to dispatch orders in the shortest possible time normally it is 8hrs after receipt of the order. Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
- The Refund will be initiated within 4-8 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
- The refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques)
MODE OF REFUND
- For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
- No Exchange & Replacement is acceptable in case of a Customization Order
