I am extremely disappointed with the way your company has handled my return and refund request. Here are the facts:
Faulty Product Received: You sent me a substandard, dilapidated product despite charging me Rs. 1500 of my hard-earned money.
Return Processed 8 Days Ago: I returned the product 8 days ago, as confirmed by Delhivery. I have repeatedly shared screenshots and updates with your team over WhatsApp, yet no action has been taken.
Customer Service Failure: Your team is now claiming they have no record of receiving my return, despite all evidence being provided.
This is unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue, your lack of accountability has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. If this matter is not resolved immediately, including acknowledgment of my return and issuance of a full refund, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue.
I will ensure to share my experience across platforms to highlight this poor service and warn others. Please treat this as urgent and respond promptly with a resolution.
