Overall it's a good mat, quality is fine.However, it leaves stripes on your ankles and elbows after 1 hour of yoga.I'd say you can trust Saral Home with mat, just get a plain mat without stripes.It's a decent product, however price is a little high.I like to buy Indian products over other huge brands.Saral Home does have a great collection though
